Recombinant Protein Production Using Different Expression Systems and at Different Scales
Over the past 20 years, we have successfully carried out numerous fermentation processes using both E. coli and P. pastoris (Komagataella pastoris) expression systems. During this time, we have gained extensive experience in the production of a wide range of recombinant proteins, covering applications from the agro-industrial sector to diagnostic purposes.
Our 10-, 100-, and 1000-liter fermenters are available for protein expression processes, enabling us to flexibly support our partners’ needs from laboratory and development-scale production through to larger-scale manufacturing. In addition to fermentation, we have the necessary downstream processing technologies and equipment for the recovery, isolation, and purification of target proteins at each scale.
Our comprehensive technological capabilities allow us to manage the entire production process in an integrated manner — from the selection and optimization of the appropriate expression system, through fermentation, to the isolation and purification of the target protein.
